完全個室型の客室に、共用のシャワー・トイレ・キッチンとラウンジやテラスなどがございます。

Hostel JINはカフェ＆バー付きのゲストハウスとして2017年にオープンしました。
新型コロナウイルスの影響による一時閉業を経て、2023年に新体制で営業を再開しました。

当施設は下記のような国内のお客様におすすめです。

• 大阪に到着してからの数日間や、出発する前の数日間、空港や市街地へのアクセスが容易な施設を探している方。

• ユニバーサルスタジオジャパン（USJ）の近くで、綺麗だけど割安な宿泊施設を探している方。

• シェアハウス環境を大阪市街で探している方。

1. We offer the most cost-effective price as a weekly apartment in Osaka, Japan
   【Hostel JINは大阪市街にある同様の宿泊施設に比べて、破格の値段でお安く泊まれます】
   The price of stay per night would be much cheaper than other weekly apartments in Osaka.
   We offer the room for minimum 5 nights but the price per night is quite reasonable.
   You do not have to pay for gas/water/electricity separately because it is included in the offered price.
   *You will be charged additionally for the bills if you use gas/water/electricity too much. Please do not waste them.

2. Very clean and comfortable rooms & facilities  are highly reviewed on the booking sites

   Hostel JIN has gotten positive reviews because of the nice quality cleaning as an accommodation.
   Also we furnished each guest's room with a bunk bed, workdesk, washstand, air conditioning, etc.
   You can stay Osaka comfortably at our weekly apartment.

3. Great Location to the cities of Kansai region and the airport
   【関西各地や関西国際空港までのアクセスが大変良好です】
   It is 1 min walk to the JR / Hanshin Nishikujo station.
   Direct access to the airport (Kansai International Airport - KIX) from JR Nishikujo station.
   (You do not have to chage the train to go to the airport / come to Hostel JIN from the airport)
   And you can visit Osaka Umeda / Namba station in 5 - 10 min by it.
   Kobe is 35 min away, Kyoto is approx 40 min from Nishikujo.

• There are JR Nishikujo station and Hanshin Nishikujo station nearby. Both 1 min walk to access.
  JR 西九条駅および阪神西九条駅まで徒歩1分です。

• 3 convenience stores (24 hours opening shops) are nearby. 1 - 3 min walk to visit.
  徒歩1～3分圏内に3つの異なるコンビニがあります。

• You can find a lot of local restaurants around the station that is 1 min from Hostel JIN.

• There is a super market "LIFE" that is 5 min away from Hostel JIN.

• Also there is a post office, police station and others. Quite convenient to be your temporaly base.

We charge you fine for smoking, causing the smell issue of it or even acting suspecious by taking out cigarettes or disposing trash of cigarettes at Hostel JIN.
喫煙の形跡を確認した場合、また吸い殻を部屋に残したり、臭いが残っているなど、喫煙を疑わざるを得ない状況も含め、当施設は喫煙行為に関して罰金の徴収など厳格な判断を下します。

And you will be asked to leave immediately. Not following the request of it will lead us to take a legal step.
