Hostel JIN is a rental apartment for a short term contract in Osaka.
The rooms are private and shower/toilet/kitchen and common spaces like terrace or lounge are shared.

Hostel JIN used to be a guest house with cafe & bar.
Through the COVID crisis, we had closed our business temporarily but re-opening in 2023.

It is the best for the guests especially who are...

1. arriving at Japan and need a base for the first week / month or more

2. leaving Japan and need a base that has the best access to the airport for the last week / month or more

3. Anyone who needs a room that you can rent it on a weekly / monthly basis for cheap price (1 - 2 guests per room)

Hostel JINは大阪の短期賃貸借アパートです。
完全個室型の客室に、共用のシャワー・トイレ・キッチンとラウンジやテラスなどがございます。

Hostel JINはカフェ＆バー付きのゲストハウスとして2017年にオープンしました。
新型コロナウイルスの影響による一時閉業を経て、2023年に新体制で営業を再開しました。

当施設は下記のような国内のお客様におすすめです。

• 大阪に到着してからの数日間や、出発する前の数日間、空港や市街地へのアクセスが容易な施設を探している方。

• ユニバーサルスタジオジャパン（USJ）の近くで、綺麗だけど割安な宿泊施設を探している方。

• シェアハウス環境を大阪市街で探している方。

• There are JR Nishikujo station and Hanshin Nishikujo station nearby. Both 1~2 min walk to access.
  JR 西九条駅および阪神西九条駅まで徒歩約1～2分です。

• 3 convenience stores (24 hours opening shops) are nearby. 1 - 3 min walk to visit.
  徒歩1～3分圏内に3つの異なるコンビニがあります。

• You can find a lot of local restaurants around the station that is some minutes away from Hostel JIN.
  駅周辺に多数の飲食店があり、いずれも徒歩数分程度です。

• There is a super market "LIFE" that is 5 min away from Hostel JIN.

• Also there is a post office, police station and others. Quite convenient to be your temporaly base.

More guests can stay together but they have to separate to several rooms.

If  you contact us for cancellation / refunding after 0:00 of 3 days before your check in date, we will not refund.
Please contact us or cancel by yourself until 4 days before your check in date.
Monthly plan is not refundable after the payment is made unless Hostel JIN is the cause of your cancellation.

例えば到着日の3日前の0:00以降に、キャンセルのご連絡を頂いても、返金は致しかねます。

You absolutely CANNOT smoke at anywhere in Hostel JIN .
館内および窓際・テラスは完全禁煙です。タバコ臭が残った場合も喫煙とみなします。

We charge you fine for smoking, causing the smell issue of it or even acting suspecious by taking out cigarettes or disposing trash of cigarettes at Hostel JIN.
喫煙の形跡を確認した場合、また吸い殻を部屋に残したり、臭いが残っているなど、喫煙を疑わざるを得ない状況も含め、当施設は喫煙行為に関して罰金の徴収など厳格な判断を下します。

And you will be asked to leave immediately. Not following the request of it will lead us to take a legal step.
喫煙に関する違反行為は、即時退館また最悪の場合は法的措置を検討します。

Room cleaning service : ￥5,000 per room for Monthly Plan.
